General Terms and Conditions

Hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider or Seller.
2. Operation of the Online Store
The online store at superoakway.eu allows customers to purchase products electronically via the Internet. The store operates using the WordPress WooCommerce system.
By submitting an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the present General Terms and Conditions.
3. Ordering Process
- The contents of the cart can be reviewed or modified at any time.

- During checkout, the Customer provides billing and shipping details.
- The order becomes valid upon e-mail confirmation from the Service Provider.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed in the online store are net prices, which do not include value added tax (VAT). Payment method: bank transfer in advance, according to the conditions specified on the website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Service Provider’s own courier. Delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days from order confirmation. The courier delivers the package to the address provided by the Customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Hungarian Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the Customer receives the product.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product in undamaged condition to the Service Provider’s address at their own cost. The Service Provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The Service Provider provides warranty and product liability as defined by the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and relevant government regulations. In the event of defective performance, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund according to applicable law.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) competent for their place of residence. For Budapest: Budapest Conciliation Board (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.)
9. Data Protection
The Service Provider manages personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy, available on the website.
10. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
